New Attributes

The following new attributes have been added to the list of attributes which can be specified via a STYLE parameter:

FileInTitle

If set to a non-zero value, the title specified by the Title attribute will be augmented with the name of the NDF being displayed, formatted so that the NDF name appears on a second line.
