The following applications have been modified:
- CONTOUR
-
- It is now possible to draw `pseudo-contours' which
outline regions of the data array chosen in ways other than
than by simple data thresholding. Setting MODE to "Good"
will produce a `contour' which encloses all the good
pixel values. Setting MODE to "Bounds" will produce
a curve which traces the edges of the array.
- A new Parameter LABPOS has been added which controls
the position of labels produced when drawing outlines
using modes "Good" and "Bounds".
- The number of pen colours used in a cycle if PENROT is set
TRUE has been increased from 3 to 5.
- FILLBAD
-
- A bug has been fixed in FILLBAD which caused the MEMORY=YES
option to produce incorrect results.
- FITSEDIT
-
- FITSEDIT and FITSTEXT both now allow blank keyword values
to be supplied. They also allow the equals sign to be omitted so
long as the keyword value is blank.
- A bug has been fixed which caused comments to be lost if
they abut the keyword value in the text file.
- WCSATTRIB
-
- WCSATTRIB now reports an error if an attempt is made to
change attribute values in any of the Frames which are
managed internally by the NDF library (that is, Frames
with Domains PIXEL, AXIS, and GRID). The exception to this
is that the Domain attribute itself may
be changed, thereby adding a new Frame to the WCS component.
