TRN_GTNV-Get numbers of variables

Description:

Obtain the numbers of input and output variables for a transformation.

Invocation:

CALL TRN_GTNV( LOCTR, NVIN, NVOUT, STATUS )

Arguments:

LOCTR = C$_{LOC}$

Locator to the transformation.

NVIN = I

Number of input variables.

NVOUT = I

Number of output variables.
