HDS_TUNE - Set HDS tuning parameter

Description:

Alter an HDS control setting.

Invocation:

CALL HDS_TUNE( PARAM, VALUE, STATUS )

Arguments:

PARAM = CHARACTER * ( * ) (Given)

Name of the tuning parameter.

VALUE = INTEGER (Given)

New parameter value.

STATUS = INTEGER (Given and Returned)

The global status.
