Figaro 5.1-4 release
This is a shortened copy of the News item describing Figaro 5.1-4.
Some items described in previous release notes have been removed.
You may have noticed some recent changes to Starlink
Figaro--perhaps unfavourably--and wondered what was happening
and why. This news item describes the new features, their
benefits, and the rationale behind the main changes. It also
offers some tips on getting the most from Starlink Figaro, and
alternative routes where some functionality has had to be
withdrawn. Finally, it announces and gives details of the
release of a new version: 5.1-4.
