MSG_BLANK
- Output a blank line
- Description:
- A blank line is output unless the conditional output filter
is set to MSG__QUIET. If STATUS is not set
to SAI__OK on entry, no action is taken. If an output error occurs,
an error report is made and STATUS returned set to
MSG__OPTER.
- Invocation:
- CALL MSG_BLANK( STATUS )
